What's the warranty on an engraved BrüMate or Stanley?

Your BrüMate or Stanley keeps its full manufacturer warranty, and engraving does not void it. Here's how it works:

  • The manufacturer warranty covers the cup itself, not the engraving we add.
  • If your tumbler is ever replaced under that warranty, the manufacturer sends a new blank cup. They honor the warranty, but they do not reproduce the engraving.
  • If you'd like your replacement re-engraved with the same design, we're happy to do that for a small re-engraving fee.

So you get the best of both: a brand-name product backed by its maker, plus personalization done by us. If anything ever comes up, reach out and we'll take care of you.
