We want you to love what you ordered, and we'll make returns as clear and simple as possible.
Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Personalized Items (Not Returnable)
We do not accept returns on personalized items, including any item with a name, custom text, design changes, or other customization. Because these are made just for you, they can't be restocked or resold.

Email help@markednmade.com to start a return. If approved, we'll send instructions for shipping it back.

Shipping Fees & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the item's value.
- We may reject a return if the conditions above aren't met.
Inspection Timeline
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 3 business days and let you know whether your refund is approved.
Refunds
If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus shipping fees and any restocking fee). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@markednmade.com.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous/flammable materials
- Custom/personalized products (as noted above)
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements. Personalized products are exempt.
