We want you to love what you ordered — and we’ll make the return process as clear and simple as possible.
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Personalized Items (Not Returnable)
We do not accept returns on personalized items, including any item with a name, custom text, design changes, or other customization added.

Shipping Fees & Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- If your return is accepted, original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the item’s value.
- We may reject the return if return conditions are not met.
Inspection Timeline
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it within 3 business days and notify you whether your refund is approved.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus shipping fees and any applicable restocking fee).
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous/flammable materials
- Custom/personalized products (as noted above)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size/style is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery (for any reason). Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above. Personalized products are exempt from this period.
