My order didn’t arrive — what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Something is missing from my shipment:
If items are missing from your delivery, contact us right away and include:

  • your order number
  • which item(s) are missing
  • photos of what you received (including packaging), if possible
