When will my order ship?
Most custom orders ship within two business days, and almost always within four. In-stock and premade items ship soonest. If an item is on backorder, we note it on the product page and keep you posted on timing.
Same-day shipping (premade + blanks): Premade and blank items ship the same business day when ordered before 2PM EST.
Transit time
Transit time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. You'll see available carriers and estimated delivery windows in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. Most U.S. shipments arrive within about a week. International delivery can vary significantly based on destination and customs.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the item and destination.
