Most custom orders ship within two business days, and almost always within four. In-stock and premade items ship soonest. If an item is on backorder, we note it on the product page and keep you posted on timing.
Fully custom or large projects that need a proof may take a little longer, since we wait for your approval before production. If you have a deadline, tell us your in-hands date and we'll make it work.
